And working out while on holiday is the key.
This morning’s 40min run on Karon Beach, Phuket followed by some body weight exercises since there were some ready props on the beach – tricep dips, lunges and side jumps.. Do these at top speed, from the back to the front of the log, then repeat for 3 sets x 15. If that’s not enough you can throw in a swim out to sea and back for the best results!
