The life of a travel blogger is hard.
One hardly has time to work out especially while on the move.
Here’s one quick butt workout I like to do when I don’t have much time. Or space.
I like to call them, my Butt Blasters.
If you can do these for 20 minutes, every other day of the week, you will feel the soreness in your butt initially, but later, you will improve. More importantly, a toned butt by the end of the month, if you do it consistently!
Usually I don’t get dressed up before I work out, but this is because everyone was late, meeting up, so I decided to catch a ‘quickie’. And that’s the best part about these exercises, you can do it anywhere, when you have time on your hands. Enjoy!
