Body-Weight Training – Top Fitness Trend!

It’s cheap.

Single-leg pushup – Target area: intensifies work on upper body and core. Lift one leg up off the ground and do a set. Switch legs on the next set.

Good news. One of the best sort of workouts that I like best, has gained so much popularity that it is now, 2015’s top fitness trend!

Body-weight training actually beat last year’s top work out – HIIT ( high-intensity interval training) [reference : American College of Sports Medicine]

Body-weight training is great if you, well lack equipment or space. You can do these workouts even in your hotel room, using your own weight for resistance. Here are some other great ones for folks on the move – workouts you can do in your hotel room.

Body-weight training also works more muscles in less time. Now isn’t that the perfect reason to start? 🙂
