Working out on Holiday with a Fitness Buddy

One of the best things about finding a friend to work out with while on holiday. is that you get to motivate each other to keep burning those calories from eating on vacation!

Try these simple exercises after 40 minute cardio for maximum results!

My absolute favourite are the jumping switch mountain climbers (first frame):
1. Begin in a deep runner’s stance with both hands on the ground, shoulder-width apart.
2. Keeping abs tight, jump and switch feet as fast as you can.
3. Land gently with the opposite foot forward.
4. As soon as your feet touch down, jump quickly and switch feet again.
5. Land gently with the original foot forward.

Superb core exercise.. and it will flay fat from the abs. try it!
