Rapid Weight Loss Workouts!

Folks whose fitness regimen I manage, always ask me, how do I lose weight fast?

So, I decided to come up with a Rapid Weight Loss Workout, which should burn fat and keep that metabolism furnace high, even long after you have stopped working out.

This is a great opportunity to work outdoors and break away from the gym because life just surrounded by machines can be so boring. With no equipment whatsoever, try these sets without any rest in between to make one entire set i.e. complete exercises 1 – 13 maneuvers without any rest in-between each one.

20 Jump lunges
30 Jumping Jacks
10 Push Ups
25 High Knees
10 Burpees
10 Sumo Squats
5 Push Ups
10 Crunches
5 Push Ups
7 Squats
1 Minute Wall Sit
5 Push Ups
25 High Knees

If you want to challenge yourself, do 3 sets with just a 1 minute break in between.
Or you may go for a time challenge as well – do this with a friend for a speed round, see who completes it first!
