20 Seconds Ball (refer to photo – hands lightly support, muscle control comes from your lower ab) 

20 push ups

1 min Plank

 

30 push ups

30 seconds Ball

1.5 min side plank

 

50 crunches

2 min plank

40 seconds Ball

 

2.5 min side plank

50 sit ups

50 seconds Ball

 

YAY, DONE! Now you can go for cardio !
