Pressed for time?
Well, that’s the story of my life.
So how I get around it is I start the day even earlier.
6am Friday morning… Find a flat park and do 40 minute sprint relays of 800m. It’s even more fun with a friend then you can time each other.
Followed by this workout I like to call, Criss cross Squats!
It works the butt and gets you into the fat burning zone as well, as your heartrate rockets through the roof.. 20 reps on each side. Repeat till muscle fatigue and you can squat no more!
