It’s not always easy to find yourself a Cross Fit Class to join whilst on your travels. However, here are some simple exercises (which are by no means simple!) that you can use, to help you get that Cross Fit burn you need. Try any one of these sets in the morning, and another in the evening if you need more of a burn.

Tabata Squats and Push-ups:
20 seconds on 10 seconds rest, 8 rounds each.
Count your lowest score.
SET 3
– 2 minute max push ups
– 1 minute break
– 2 minutes max sit ups
– 1 minute break
– 2 minute max squats
SET 4
2 Rounds for Time
– 50 seconds Plank
– 30 Walking Lunges
– 40 Push-ups
– 30 Squats
– 20 Sit Ups
– 10 Mountain Climbers

Jail House Walk
Do 10 Jail House Walks.
A jailhouse 10 workout of burpees is simply:
