Lifting weights can help you lose fat, slim down and get strong.. but surely that’s a man’s world. Women who lift weight are WAY too manly, unladylike and unappealing.. or are they?

Here are 10 Reasons Why Women Should Stay Away for weights!

1. You might chip a nail.

2. You may end up being better at it, and bruise the male ego.

3. You’ll eat like a horse and still be able to lose fat. Some kinda black magic!

4. You’ll look lean and ripped, like an athlete and less like an anorexic model.. and EVERYBODY knows that anorexic is way prettier!

5. You’ll be able to lift heavier items around the office and at home without male help – another hit to the male ego.

6. You will have tits and ass, as opposed to a flat behind and chest, and heaven forbid you go shopping at MNG, coz nothing will fit your curvaceous body!

7. You’ll sweat like a pig, and feel sore. So unladylike!

8. You’ll be proud of your pert bum instead of trying to diet it away to a flat, lifeless board. Aeroplane runways are sexier no?

9. You’ll be active, capable and strong, instead of dainty, frail and needy. Such a turn off!

10. Finally, you’ll be leaner, tighter and sexier – and we all know where that can lead!


Wait a minute.. I guess those should be TEN good REASONS to PUMP IRON for women… ya think?! 😉
