Despite the massive pigging out over Chinese New Year, ActivEMS has helped me to keep the weight off. Not only that, I actually got leaner over the holidays.
Flat stomach now.. and even a perkier butt. ActivEMS also improves one’s sex life – as you can probably imagine, if all the muscles tighten during ActivEMS, well, down there as well! 😛
Performance wise, I can see an improvement in my running – muscles are stronger so therefore endurance is better, and of course speed wise as well.
ActivEMS in Week 3 – considerable improvements in :
1. Butt lift
2. Flatter stomach
3. Sex life/ Sexual Performance
4. Running – speed and endurance
5. Skin tone – skin smoothness in arms, stomach and legs
It has to be said, that since I am a very active person, it’s difficult to build muscle and keep it – all that cardio and long distance running tends to flay not only the fat, but even the muscle from my body. If you want to see really fantastic results, you need to reduce cardio (I am talking 10KM runs, no more) and add on more weights training. Not easy, seeing as I love long distance running! But, I am happy with my shape now, so, will definitely keep up with ActivEMS to see where this leads me.
For those who hate long exercise routines, this is definitely the programme for you. A mere 20 minutes gets you the results of a far longer and more rigorous workout.. win-win.
