Health Benefits of Celery Seed Oil

Entering life in the mid 40’s has been challenging.

With a brand new toddler in tow, sometimes I feel like my internal organs are worse for wear and tear. I can’t seem to bounce back from tiredness as quickly as just a mere half decade ago, if you get what I’m saying.

Also .. the body aches and pains are real!

I recently found out that my internal state is far from ideal (through a simple quantum test), and that it’s lacking key ingredients found in celery seed oil  .. meaning lacking in the essential ingredients that mainly support detox of the kidney and liver.

Celery seed oil whilst perfect for garnishing, is not everybody’s cup of tea. My husband hates it. And so, no wonder it’s been missing from our diet for a while now. Anyway the combination of several active components such as flavonoids, volatile oil, coumarins and linoleic acid contributes to the anti-oxidant property of Celery seed, and it has been used for thousands of years for poor digestion, water retention, joint pain, even gout and arthritis. I like to diffuse this baby just before that time of month and rub it on the soles of my feet as it immediately makes me feel better. Also helps when we’ve eaten something a lil off – inhalation somehow calms the stomach and makes it less gassy. Hubby hates eating celery so this is a great way to get around that!

It also helps with my joints – wear and tear of being a sportswoman for many years. Interestingly enough, I was also shown to require JuvaCleanse whose key ingredient is also… celery seed oil! All the signs have shown and so I will keep applying this oil diligently till I see the results. Stay tuned for updates on this! .
