If you are a fan of body-weight exercises, you should be a fan of TRX. I have been doing it for 3 months now, and am loving the results. I never used to have great cuts but now, I can see my body nicely shaping up. Running long distance tends to burn all the muscle off me, and I think TRX is a great way to balance out my workout routine as I sometimes do too much cardio. TRX has also really strengthened my core, which helps with the running.

TRX is already changing the way athletes train for sports, soldiers train for combat, physical therapists rehabilitate patients and exercise instructors train their clients. Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. This is why TRX is so great, and why I am addicted to it. The exercises leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to really make you sweat and have a good work out. Activating your core is essential and there are hundreds of exercises that work out different parts of the body, to help you achieve your fitness goal.
I used to have a hip injury from playing squash and running in my younger days, but TRX has slowly rehabilitated that. By strengthening my core, I can not only last longer during exercise, but I can also last at other more strenuous activities, like walk all day sightseeing or shop for hours on end, without getting any lower back pain. Good for me. Bad for my wallet;)
